Thank you for your continued support of PAI Coin Pool (PCP). Here are some important announcements.
Schedule for Approving Withdrawal Requests
PAI Coin Pool withdrawals will be approved as expected beginning on March 31, 2020, at 9 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). PCP will be approving withdrawal requests made up until 8 PM PDT on March 31. Later withdrawal requests will be approved starting on April 14, 2020 at 9 AM PDT.
The PAI Coin Pool Team is considering implementing daily withdrawal approvals at a later date. We will keep the community informed with all new developments.
Withdrawing PAI Coin Safely
IMPORTANT: When depositing or withdrawing PAI Coin, please transfer all amounts through the PAI Up Wallet. If you don’t have it yet, you can download the PAI Up Wallet at: paiup.com .
We’re aware that the PAI Community has been requesting to be able to use any PAI Coin address for withdrawals, instead of only addresses from which coins have been deposited. The PCP team is evaluating secure solutions to address this request, and will have more updates in the following days. As always, to avoid losing your funds, please make sure you OWN AND HAVE ACCESS TO the wallet that the withdrawal address belongs to BEFORE you initiate a withdrawal. The best way to do this is to use PAI Up (paiup.com). DO NOT WITHDRAW DIRECTLY TO AN EXCHANGE WALLET.
If you have previously deposited coins directly from an exchange and are having trouble withdrawing to your own personal wallet, please inquire on paiforum.com.
