If you are trying to restore a previously created wallet by entering your Paper Key, and are getting a message indicating that the paper key is incorrect, please first check that you are in fact using the correct paper key associated with your PAI Up wallet.
Some users have multiple wallet apps, so it is important to check that the paper key you are trying to use is in fact your PAI Up wallet key. In addition, your PAI Up paper key is case sensitive. All words in your paper key should be inputted with lowercase letters. If you input any uppercase letters, the app will consider the key incorrect.
