If you’ve forgotten your Paper Key and no longer have access to the PAI Up application, then your funds are sealed and irretrievable.
If you still have your application and PIN code to login, you may go to “Menu” > “Security Center” > “Paper Key”, and go through the steps of writing down your Paper Key again.
Please always retain a copy of your Paper Key in a safe place.
